Recently, the movie How to Date Billy Walsh premiered on Prime Video. This popular teenage romantic comedy narrates the tale of long-time pals Amelia (Charithra Chandran) and Archie (Sebastian Croft). Archie harbors a deep, hidden affection for Amelia, but right before he can confess his feelings, Amelia becomes enamored with a transfer student named Billy Walsh, leading to a twist in Archie’s plans.
To commemorate the film’s release, we arranged for an interview with Sebastian and Charithra, during which they discussed a range of topics from their preferred teenage dramatizations to who their least favored on-screen partners are.
Regarding preferred teen dramas, Charithra expressed, “During my youth, I was probably too young for these, but I adored Buffy [the Vampire Slayer]. Giles the librarian was a favorite of mine, and he was one of my early crushes. Additionally, I loved Gossip Girl.”
Sebastian then revealed, “I found immense enjoyment in To All the Boys [I’ve Loved Before]. It truly evoked strong emotions within me.”
