During a recent live performance, Justin Timberlake delivered a strong message about making amends in the midst of ongoing scrutiny over his previous romance with Britney Spears.

Justin Timberlake, aged 43, took the stage at a recent concert to share his perspective on apologies, directly confronting the criticism stemming from Britney Spears’ recent autobiographical account, The Woman in Me.

Timberlake firmly expressed, “I would like to seize this moment to extend my apologies to absolutely no one,” as reported by The Daily Mail. After this declaration, he went on to present his 2002 hit “Cry Me A River,” which has long been speculated to allude to his split from Spears.

The attention on their past relationship resurfaced due to Spears’ autobiography, in which she revisited various aspects of their history, including her termination of pregnancy while dating Timberlake and the infamous 2003 interview with Diane Sawyer. In a now-removed Instagram post, Spears expressed remorse for certain parts of her book and commended Timberlake’s new track “Selfish.”

In spite of the recent uproar, Timberlake proceeds to direct his attention to his music profession and home life, having two children alongside his spouse, Jessica Biel.
