This marks the second instance in under a month that Miller has been taken into custody for battery, both occurrences transpiring in Hawaii. Notably, towards the end of March, Miller confronted a man and woman at a karaoke establishment engaged in dart throwing and singing respectively. These two individuals sought a temporary protection order against Miller, though it has now been rescinded for undisclosed reasons.
Follwoing the initial arrest, Warner Bros and DC executives declared a temporary freeze on any projects involving Miller. Presently, Miller is set to play a lead role in The Flash next year; however, these episodes may cast doubt on their involvement in that project.
