Unexpected Person Disrupts Game Awards Stage
Following a senseless declaration, the person was promptly taken into custody.
During the evening of Thursday, the 2022 Game Awards unfolded at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. The event featured award presentations, game reveals, and musical performances, including a peculiar but amusing appearance by the Muppets. However, the most talked-about incident of the night occurred at the very end. For the final accolade, Game of the Year, Hidetaka Miyazaki of FromSoftware ascended the stage to receive recognition for his creation, Elden Ring. Accompanied by a translator and some staff members, Miyazaki found himself sharing the limelight with an unexpected guest.

}).render(‘307852102563439fa7d193066a4208a5’,connatix_js_ready_callback);
});
As Miyazaki’s entourage strode toward the stage, a mysterious young man from the audience stealthily merged with them on stage, lingering inconspicuously in the background. While Miyazaki extended his gratitude for the prestigious award, the unidentified individual abruptly pushed forward upon his conclusion, grabbing the microphone to deliver a bewildering message.
He stated, “Excuse me, I’d like to take a moment to express my gratitude and dedicate this award, in a slightly bizarre manner, to my reformed orthodox rabbi, Bill Clinton. Thank you, everyone.”

Security promptly removed the individual from the stage, while show host Geoff Keighley swiftly concluded the proceedings. Shortly after the show ended, Keighley confirmed on his personal Twitter that “The individual who disrupted our Game of the Year moment has been taken into custody.”
As of the time of this writing, the exact identity of the person remains unknown. However, reports suggest that he has a history of causing disturbances at public gatherings, having previously made disruptions at BlizzCon 2019 where he shouted “Free Hong Kong” during a panel discussion. Additionally, he has been linked to a past appearance on the far-right podcast InfoWars to discuss the Hong Kong protests that took place several years ago.
