‘Sonic the Hedgehog 2’ Organizing Super Bowl Competition
Coming on April 8, the sequel to the 2020 movie adaptation of Sonic the Hedgehog, a film that managed to avoid being terrible, is gearing up to be released. The entire cast has returned, alongside the introductions of gaming regulars like Miles “Tails” Prower and Knuckles the Echidna.
As the movie’s release draws nearer, the producers have opted for a playful approach by capitalizing on the buzz surrounding the upcoming Super Bowl. Through the Sonic movie Twitter account, they unveiled a fresh TV promotional clip showcasing additional snippets from the film, scheduled to air once more during the Super Bowl event. In a twist of amusement, a contest has been launched based on the initial coin toss of the big game. In the scenario where the coin lands on tails (as a nod to Tails character in the movie – a whimsical choice), 50 randomly chosen individuals who retweet the official contest hashtag will be granted the opportunity to attend a special preview screening of Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

The eligibility criteria entail retweeting the hashtag, following the Sonic movie Twitter account, and being at least 18 years old. Selection of winners is slated to occur post the Super Bowl’s conclusion on Sunday evening.
