MAFS’ Adam Nightingale Shares Remarkable Fitness Journey And Weight Loss Success
Married at First Sight UK contestant Adam Nightingale took to social media to reveal his remarkable two-and-a-half-stone weight loss journey.
Married at First Sight UK groom Adam Nightingale has shared his new appearance on social media following a successful fitness overhaul.
The television personality faced challenges during his time on MAFS UK, beginning with his dissatisfaction over the match selected for him by experts Mel Schilling, Charlene Douglas, and Paul C Brunson, who paired him with Polly Sellman.
After expressing that his preferred type was ‘petite brunettes,’ Adam faced backlash online for his inconsiderate remarks and perceived contradictory tastes.
In a recent video, Adam compiled clips from his workout routine, sharing the words: “Sunday full body workout… Training to tone up now, not get big… 2 & half stone weight loss, but we still pushing.”
He indicated that his current focus is on toning muscles rather than further increasing mass, proudly announcing that he has lost two and a half stone, with plans for more progress.
“Weighing 13 stone 7. 10-15 reps x4 no slacking,” he added, receiving enthusiastic responses from friends and fans in the comments.
Fellow cast member MAFS bride Lacey praised, “Well done Adam!!! Smashing it,” while her on-screen partner Nathan contributed with a flexing emoji and a fist bump emoji.
Another appreciative fan remarked: “You looked lovely before but I bet you feel amazing now x.”
Notably, Adam is not alone on his journey, as Polly has also celebrated her own 2 stone weight loss on social media.
On her Instagram, she showcased some side-by-side comparison photos, stating: “Proud post. This has been an ongoing journey since the end of March, and since then I’ve lost around 2 stone (with some help). It’s only when I look back at these images that I truly recognize how much I’ve changed.”
She elaborated, “I still have some distance to go to reach my target weight, but when I get there, it will be about building strength and maintaining the weight I’ve shed while enjoying a balanced relationship with food and drink.”
Polly concluded her post by expressing that she has gained “a lot more self-confidence” and is eager to continue her progress towards her goal weight.
