Jeff Goldblum Shares His Secrets To A Happy Life

Jeff Goldblum arrived at Capital breakfast to share insights about his new series Kaos – and he was quite modest about it.

On the day that Kaos launched on Netflix in the UK, the iconic actor Jeff Goldblum stirred up excitement on Capital Breakfast.

Playing the role of Zeus in the fresh reinterpretation of Greek mythology, Jeff created an uplifting atmosphere while conversing with Will Manning, filling in for Jordan North, Chris Stark, and Sian Welby.

From revealing the music playlist he listened to before filming to sharing how he has upheld his modest, charming, and thoughtful demeanor this summer, Jeff set a delightful tone for the day, which turned out to be very pleasant – albeit perhaps a bit chaotic.

“We’ve got some delightful, talented singers with us. We’re hosting live performances – that’s how I’m remaining modest, thoughtful, and charming.”

“Also promoting Kaos and I suspect I will return here to discuss Wicked,” he mentioned, which showcased his thoughtful nature.

Wicked, which is set to premiere in cinemas this November, features Jeff as The Wizard alongside stars such as Ariana Grande as Glinda and Cynthia Evrio as Elphaba.

If you’re puzzled and wondering, “What does it mean to be ‘modest, charming, and thoughtful’?” our sister Capital Buzz provides all the explanations here.

When discussing his experience with a ‘BRAT summer,’ Jeff wasn’t so informed, sharing with Will that he does appreciate the BRAT diet, which consists of bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast, and is, according to Google AI, intended to assist with digestive concerns and has no connection to Charli XCX.
