Exciting E3 Direct Presentation by Nintendo
The 2021 Electronic Entertainment Expo, E3, is a week away starting June 12. This event is making a return after a hiatus last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure safety, it will take the form of livestreams hosted by various publishers and developers from June 12 to June 15. Nintendo, known for building anticipation, has confirmed their E3 presentation for the final day of the event.
Nintendo has scheduled an E3 Nintendo Direct livestream on June 15 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time, or Noon Eastern Time. The presentation will last approximately 40 minutes and will exclusively cover new games for the Nintendo Switch, dismissing any speculations about an upgraded console. After the presentation, Nintendo Treehouse Live will showcase gameplay from the new games for about three hours.
Despite Nintendo being secretive about the content of the presentation, speculations have been circulating. Fans are eager for updates on anticipated titles like Metroid Prime 4 and the next installment of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. There’s also excitement surrounding the possibility of a new Mario game and clues about Bayonetta 3 by Platinum Games. Personally, I’m hoping for an addition to Smash Ultimate and insights into Shin Megami Tensei V.

Rumors have been intensifying regarding an upgraded Nintendo Switch console, dubbed the “Switch Pro.” If the rumors are true, Nintendo may unveil the console even before their E3 presentation, leaving only a couple of weeks to confirm or deny the speculations.
