Acknowledged for her portrayal in the famous sitcom Friends, Cox was presented with her own star on the Walk of Fame earlier this week. Her former colleagues from Friends, Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow, stood by her side at the accolade event to commemorate this remarkable achievement.
“Being Courteney’s friend is like being part of her family, and she has been the cornerstone of that since day one,” expressed Aniston. “When we first met her, she was immediately welcoming, affectionate, caring, and curious about everything concerning you; I was quite anxious to meet her as I was a massive admirer.”
Kudrow added that Cox “truly laid the foundation for us to evolve into one of the most cohesive, affectionate, and supportive casts in, let’s say, the annals of television.”
Aligning with her friends’ sentiments, Cox recently shared with Variety in an interview that her time on the series “imparted upon me the significance of solidarity and standing united.”
